Where do you ship?

Shipping information is based on delivery within the continental United States.

If ordering outside of the continental US, please contact me. I’ll look into the best shipping option and provide you with the adjusted cost, including any fees.

What about shipping times?

In-stock monsters are shipped within 3 business days of payment, with a 1pm EST cutoff time. Shipping within the continental US is by USPS Ground Advantage, and typically arrives within 2 to 5 days. Tracking info will be provided.

Shipping outside the continental US is determined based on your location and the carrier used, and will be provided prior to completion of your order.

Do you combine shipping?

Absolutely! If you’re ordering multiple monsters, please email me with the particulars and I’ll let you know what the shipping charge will be.

Returns

Although returns are not accepted, I’ll do my best to make things right should a monster arrive in less than perfect condition. If it’s damaged during shipping, please be sure to retain all packaging ($100 insurance is included in the shipping charge). Please get in touch if there are any issues with your monster.
